Middle Business Analyst

Description

We’re looking for a proactive BA who understands product, enjoys solving real problems, and helps the team build the right things - with clarity, focus, and impact.

What you'll do

Clarify problems & uncover real needs

• Identify root causes, not just surface-level requests
• Break down requirements and extract the true objectives
• Ask critical questions and eliminate “just because” requests
• Propose solutions based on value, feasibility, and user impact

Connect information & coordinate stakeholders

• Act as the bridge between Ops – CSM/AM – Tech – Product
• Communicate clearly and concisely
• Facilitate meetings, assign action items, and follow through

Support product development process

• Manage backlog and run refinement with PM/PO
• Remove blockers and ensure progress in Agile/Scrum
• Track development and ensure alignment across teams

Observe users & optimize the product

• Monitor feedback and detect anomalies
• Propose small improvements that create large impact using data, insights, and real operational feedback
• Work closely with CS/Ops to understand user behavior and operational risks

What we’re looking for

• 2–3 years of experience as a BA or Product Owner
• Strong analytical mindset, able to see through the noise
• Solid skills in process mapping, use cases, and business rules
• Clear communication and ability to handle differing viewpoints
• Mandatory: Product mindset + problem-solving mindset

Nice-to-have

• Experience in fintech/consumer finance or complex operational flows
• SQL/API/data model knowledge.
