• Performing a 360-degree role by maintaining and developing strong client relationships by providing excellent customer service and superior candidate profiles.
• Pitch new business, build long-term and trusted relationships with new and existing clients.
• Develop and provide consultation to a large network of candidates with both immediate and long-term career needs.
• Work on recruitment need in IT, Marketing, Business Development, HR and relative other positions with our focus on IT & Marketing Field.
• Perform recruitment functions such as Job Interviews, matching candidates to various jobs, undertaking the requirements and desires of various jobseekers.
• Professional consultation on employment market and practices to both CLIENTS and JOBSEEKERS.
• Provide excellent services and follow-up regularly with clients and candidates.

• AT LEAST 1,5 year working experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Human Resource/ Finance/ Accounting / Technical / Industrial / IT.
• MUST HAVE good communication in English.
• Eager to learn attitude, Integrity, Gratitude.
• Candidates should be lived in Ho Chi Minh City
