Engineering Manager/Technology Director [Aloha]

• Report to CEO and lead a team of 10-20 headcounts
  
• Establish effective business/technology governance and acts as a trusted advisor for executive management to understand business needs and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage
  
• Provide strategic direction and oversight for the design, development, operation and support of IT systems and programs, including management of: architecture, data, design, security..
  
• Foster agile way of working between tech & product function
  
• Propose and persuade to manage changes, modifications, select or remove Technology
  
• Transfer business needs to technology architecture, to appraise, to manage the development process and drive opportunities for improved revenue and user experience

• Working experience: 8-10 years
  
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field; MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus
  
• Having been a Tech Lead/Engineering Manager of a company with tech team-size from 10 to 50
  
• Hands-on mentality to plan and successfully drive forward implementation
