About the Company:
Our partner is working on a Machine Learning project to develop automated mining machinery.. As they journey towards this transformative goal, they are seeking an experienced IFS Specialist with a profound understanding of data migration, implementation, deployment, and integration, particularly in the realms of machine learning and Internet of Things (IoT).About the position:Our client is actively seeking a skilled IFS Specialist with a proven track record in data migration, implementation, deployment, and integration to contribute to our client's mining project. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working with IFS, along with a demonstrated expertise in the application of IFS in the machine learning and IoT domain.

Position: IFS Specialist - Data Migration, Implementation, and Integration (Mining Domain)
Location: Remote (based South Africa)
Type: Contract

Responsibilities:

Lead and execute the seamless migration of data from existing systems to the IFS platform, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IFS solutions that align with the automated mining machines project objectives.
Drive the successful deployment of IFS modules, guaranteeing optimal performance and functionality within the mining domain.
Integrate machine learning and IoT capabilities into the IFS ecosystem to enhance operational efficiency and predictive maintenance strategies.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to internal teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in IFS, machine learning, IoT, and mining technologies to propose innovative solutions.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with IFS, including data migration, implementation, deployment, and integration.
Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in machine learning and IoT development (e.g., Python, R, Java, C++).
Proven experience in successfully integrating IFS in the machine learning and IoT domain.
Self-motivated and adaptable, with a passion for staying up-to-date with emerging technologies.
