Job overview and responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and goals
- Possess knowledge of segmentation, web personalization, customer journey, lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing
- Use CDP’s essential features like Segmentation, Email, SMS, Zalo, Web Personalization, and QR code to run automated marketing campaigns
- Collect results of marketing campaigns and analyze key metrics such as ROI, conversion rate, and growth rate,...
- Support the Product team to train new features for customers and suggest possible improvements
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing automation trends and technologies
- Work closely with leaders to identify KPIs, present results, and define recommendations
Job requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
- At least 6 months of working experience in a relevant role with social listening, automation, templates, email marketing, and lead nurturing campaigns,...
- Experience in working with Marketing Automation platforms (SFMC Automation, CDP Platforms) is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking (important)
- The ability to use analytical tools such as GA, FB Report, and BI is an advantage
- Soft skills: problem-solving, working under high pressure, and adapting well to different domains,...
- Good English Speaking and writing skills.
