Recruitment Intern (Remote)

• Receive recruitment proposals from businesses/clients.
• Search and screen candidates, conduct interviews, create candidate lists for clients.
• Arrange interviews for clients and candidates.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates.
• Actively source candidates through channels
• Support and finalize agreements between candidates and employers
• Support candidates to find suitable job

Job Requirement

• (Junior: have 6 months - 1 years of experience in recruitment)
• Have passion and long-term orientation to the recruitment industry
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Candidates should be lived in Ho Chi Minh City
• Confident and well behaved
• Good organization ability
• Good ability to withstand pressure before the target
• Sincere and know the confidentiality of customer information
• Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in telesales, customer care, etc.
