Client of DigiSource is SIX MEDIA which is a fast-growing marketing agency based in Thailand, specializing in delivering innovative solutions in marketing, including e-sports, finance, and AI fields in the APAC region.
- Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy, including brand positioning, target audience identification, and messaging.
- Oversee the creation of creative marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Collaborate closely with various functional teams to ensure alignment with sales, product development, and other departments.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing activities, including social media, content creation, SEO, and paid advertising.
- Drive customer acquisition and retention through creative and data-driven marketing strategies.
- Monitor marketing performance metrics and present regular reports to the executive team.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains a leader in innovation.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors (BOD).
Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 5 years of experience as a CMO/Marketing Director or in a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Experience working in a Technology company is an advantage OR experience in the Finance/Banking industry.
- Proven success in developing and executing strategic marketing plans that lead to business growth.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, data analysis, and emerging marketing technologies.
- Strong understanding of market research and data analysis methods.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience in public speaking.
