Nhân Viên IT (ERP, SAP) [TBP]

• Be ERP (SAP B1) first-point contact for internal ERP users, troubleshoot and resolve issues/challenges within the system.
• Works with Business Leaders and key Users to identify ERP needs, processes, outputs and requirements; facilitates development of project plan to ensure alignment with stakeholders and achievement of end goals.
• Manage ERP documentation and record keeping systems; ensures all processes have completed documentation on file; creates, edits and updates documentation of existing, new processes and customizations as required.
• Act as the business user expert in ERP and ensure users are adequately trained in this business system.
• Identify ERP system improvement and propose system/process change/improvement for the IT side.

• Design, create business reports using SQL query and/or MS Excel, Crystal reports, Power BI
• Apply new technologies and frameworks to design flexible solutions that are suitable for the company’s business.

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, engineering, or relevant field.
• At least 2 years of business analyst experience. Experience in operating SAP (B1) is preferred.
• Having knowledge of SQL systems (MS SQL, Oracle, MySQL.), ERP, ASP.NET and C#.
• Can communicate in English.
• Preference will be given to candidates working in internal companies
