The company's ecosystem will be a platform that aggregates content, entertainment, intellectual property, social media, to create a community-run ecosystem where users and creators can participate in a cohesive web3 social hub. They aim to decentralize the world’s creativity the same way Ethereum has decentralized the internet. They will redefine how they interact with one another by bringing a new approach to social media and elevate the global push towards social decentralization.

Our partner is seeking a highly motivated, collaborative, and detail-oriented Technical Project Manager work remotely and requires extensive experience in managing technical projects, along with comprehensive knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in the industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and be adept at coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
Responsibilities:• Define and implement effective project management strategies to support overall business objectives.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, ensuring the successful execution and timely completion of all project deliverables.
• Coordinate and lead a diverse team of technical professionals, including developers, engineers, and designers, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track progress, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Foster strategic partnerships and maintain effective communication channels with clients and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates on project milestones, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and expenditures to ensure adherence to financial goals.
• Identify and address potential bottlenecks or issues that may impact project progress and take proactive measures to resolve them.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
• Maintain a strong focus on quality assurance and ensure that projects meet or exceed client expectations.
• Prepare and present project reports and analysis to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and project outcomes.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, providing recommendations for incorporating innovative solutions into project plans.
Job requirement
MUST HAVE:
- More than 3+ years working experience in blockchain/web3 industry
- STRONG mobile development expertise
- Good English AND Chinese
- Design at least 3 Web3 apps or websites
- Proficient at least 5 project management, like Trello
- Bachelor degree or above
- Willing to undertake strong pressure and with strong responsibility and passion
- Excellent at communication with various titles of coworks

- Computer Science or Math background
