SAP Signavio Process Insight Lead

 As SAP Signavio Process Insight Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will also be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will be expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Advanced proficiency in Solution Architecture is required. Advanced proficiency in Design & Build Enablement is recommended. Advanced proficiency in Configuration & Release Management, Responsive and Adaptive Design is suggested.

• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and ensure alignment with stakeholders.
• Mentor team members to enhance their skills and foster a collaborative environment.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve application performance.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for applications and processes.
• Preferably had full 2 cycle implementation

• Minimum 5–6 years of experience in SAP Process Management, preferably in SAP Signavio Process Insights or equivalent tools.
• Strong understanding of business process mapping, KPIs, and data-driven process improvement.
• Experience working with S/4HANA transformation or process optimization projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Solution Architecture, Configuration, and Release Management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven leadership in cross-functional project teams.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.
