Job overview and responsibilities

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist at TaskCover in Global Market ( North America ). The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing and creating social media content, implementing digital marketing strategies, and communicating effectively with the target audience. The specialist will play a key role in developing and executing social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive traffic to the company's platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Ranking Site, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
  • Identify target audience preferences and trends to optimize content and engagement.
Content Creation:
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging and high-quality content, including text, images, videos, and graphics.
  • Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing content that aligns with brand guidelines.
Community Engagement:
  • Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Foster a positive and interactive community by initiating conversations and building relationships with followers.
Campaign Management:
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising, to promote products, events, and brand initiatives.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
Analytics and Reporting:
  • Use social media analytics tools to measure and report on key performance metrics (KPIs), such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team to inform future strategies and improvements.
Brand Advocacy:
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging social media platforms.
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to amplify our reach and credibility.
Email Marketing Strategy Development:
  • Develop and implement effective email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive conversions.
  • Design and write compelling email content, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated email sequences.

Job requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven 1.5 years experience as a Social Media Specialist, Email Marketing Specialist, or similar role, preferably in the SAAS industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English ( IELTS 6.0 prefer )
  • Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Experience with social media advertising and analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics).
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Campaign Monitor).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
Remuneration policy:
  • Worktime: Full-time ( 8:30 a.m - 17h30 p.m )
  • Global training session in Digital Marketing and Deep Market ( B2B )
  • Delivery: Offline
  • Location: 412 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
  • Monthly allowance: 9.500.000 VND - 15.000.000 VND + KPIs commission
