CEO Assistant (BD & Sales)

As the CEO Assistant at DigiSource, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Chief Executive Officer in various business development and marketing initiatives, with an additional focus on introducing and supporting new products or services. This multifaceted position requires a dynamic individual who is not only proficient in administrative tasks but also possesses a keen interest and skill set in the realms of business development, marketing, and product/service innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the CEO to execute business development strategies.
• Assist in the development and implementation of sales & partnership plan
• Work directly with clients and customers to understand their needs and concerns.
• Build and maintain positive relationships to enhance client satisfaction.
• Act as a liaison between the CEO and external stakeholders.
• Generate compelling verbal content and proposals to support business development efforts.
• Ensure the communication materials align with the company's brand and objectives.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to research and understand market trends.
• Assist in the introduction and implementation of new products or services.
• Support the CEO in the development of strategies to promote and integrate new offerings.
• Assist the CEO in day-to-day tasks, including scheduling, email correspondence, and other administrative duties.
• Coordinate and organize meetings, events, and business trips.

• At least 1 year of experience in any field.
• Graduating in Business Administration is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data and analytics to improve performance
• Flexibility and adaptability to change
• Proficiency in English and Vietnamese and the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with the CEO and other team members.
• Exceptional emotional intelligence (EQ) to navigate various professional situations.
• Proactive and self-driven with the ability to take initiative and contribute innovative ideas to business development, marketing, and new product/service activities.
• Candidates should be lived in Ho Chi Minh City.
