- Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy, including brand positioning, target audience identification, and messaging.
- Oversee the creation of innovative marketing campaigns that effectively drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with sales, product development, and other departments.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing initiatives, including social media, content creation, SEO, and paid advertising.
- Drive customer acquisition and retention efforts through creative and data-driven marketing strategies.
- Monitor marketing performance metrics and present regular reports to the executive team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains at the forefront of innovation. •
- Other tasks assigned by CEO.
Yêu cầu công việc
- 10 years of experience as a Chief Marketing Officer/Marketing Director or similar role is a must.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Seek exceptional candidates in the field of online marketing within the Vietnamese market
- Experience in managing large-scale human resources
- Used to working in an IT company is an advantage OR working in the Financial/ banking industry.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic marketing plans that resulted in business growth.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, data analytics, and emerging marketing technologies.
- Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
- Must be excellent in English.
- Experience with public speaking skills.
- Location: Bangkok/Dubai
