Mô tả công việc
- Manage and oversee sourcing activities for furniture-related materials, components, and finished goods in Vietnam.
- Identify, evaluate, and build relationships with qualified local suppliers that meet company quality, price, and delivery standards.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, lead times, and supply conditions with suppliers.
- Collaborate with the procurement, production, and design teams to ensure product development and production timelines are met.
- Conduct market research and supplier audits to ensure up-to-date knowledge of material availability and industry trends.
- Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities and supplier databases.
- Provide regular updates and sourcing reports to Chinese-speaking management in Chinese.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Nationality: Vietnamese
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Chinese (spoken and written)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Foreign Trade, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in product sourcing or procurement in the furniture industry
- Solid negotiation skills and understanding of local supplier networks and industry standards
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
- Experience working with Chinese-invested enterprises or ERP systems is a plus
- Willingness to travel to supplier sites as needed
- Languages Required: Chinese (Fluent)
