Job Description

As a member of our Data Quality team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data across our digital platforms. Your primary responsibilities include reviewing, analyzing, and standardizing data to optimize business operations efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and correct data in ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to ensure candidate information is accurately updated
• Audit and standardize customer data in Email Marketing systems to enhance campaign effectiveness
• Audit content and data on company website, ensuring consistency and regular updates
• Manage and optimize data on Zalo Official Account to improve customer experience
• Identify and report data errors, propose corrective solutions
• Perform data cleansing and data enrichment according to standard procedures
• Support in developing and updating data quality control processes

Knowledge & Skills

• Graduated or currently pursuing degrees in: Information Technology, Information Systems, Economics, Business Administration or related fields
• Basic knowledge of databases and data management
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic functions)
• Strong data analysis and processing skills
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Detail-oriented, careful, and highly responsible

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with CRM, ATS, or Email Marketing systems
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Workspace tools
• SQL knowledge is an advantage
• Understanding of IT & Marketing recruitment industry
• Candidates should be lived in Ho Chi Minh City.

Working hours:

• Monday- Friday 8h30AM - 17h30PM
• Saturday: 8h30 AM - 12h00 PM
