Mô tả công việc
- Develop and execute business strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Research and develop strategy for new categories, client-profiles and target prospects that will support the growth of DigiSource business across recruitment, building up team and training services in Vietnam and overseas.
- Lead and develop the sales team, ensuring effective collaboration across departments.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to optimize customer satisfaction.
- Research and analyze the market to identify new business opportunities and propose service improvements.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop products and services that meet customer needs.
- Monitor and evaluate business performance, making strategic adjustments as needed.
- Communicate over phone, email and face-to-face and be able to convey the DigiSource story.
- Negotiation and closing of deals: Lead contract negotiations to establish a strong working relationship with our local partners, and ensure economic sustainability and mutual growth of the partnership.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 4 years of experience in business development in B2B, preferably in Headhunting or HR services.
- Priority is given to having a network in the Marketing agency or SaaS
- Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in English
- Priority will be given to candidates proficient in Chinese.
