Middle/Senior Game Designer

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Game Designer to join our team. As a Game Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the creative direction and success of our upcoming games.

• Conceptualization: Develop original game concepts and ideas, aligning with the company's vision and target audience.
• Game Design: Design and document game mechanics and progression systems. Proficient with algorithm‑driven game design (good at math).
• Gameplay Balancing: Ensure the game is balanced and provides a satisfying player experience. Quickly iterate and balance games using analytics and player data.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior game designers.
• Collaboration: Work closely with artists, programmers, and other team members to bring game concepts to life.
• Stay Updated: Keep up‑to‑date with industry trends and emerging technologies in game design.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a Game Designer in the gaming industry.
• Proven track record of creating successful games.
• Strong understanding of game design principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in game design tools (e.g., Cocos Creator, Unity, Unreal Engine).
• Excellent problem‑solving and creative thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced and collaborative environment.
• Passion for gaming and deep understanding of player psychology.
• English: strong writing, oral and communication skills.

• Experience with specific game genres (e.g., RPG, action, puzzle).
• Experience with mobile game development.
• Strong storytelling and world‑building skills.
