SENIOR JAVA BACKEND DEVELOPMENT

Logicentra is seeking 02 talented Senior Java Backend Developers to join the team. This position will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance backend services, contributing directly to the growth of advanced technology products.

• Design, develop, and deploy distributed backend services.
• Write high-quality Java code following industry standards and best practices.
• Optimize application and database performance.
• Participate in code reviews and pair programming.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and propose effective solutions.
• Collaborate closely with frontend and QA teams to ensure product quality

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in software development.
• Deep expertise in Java, including the Spring Framework, and proficiency in Shell scripting.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing distributed services and applying design patterns.
• Strong command of SQL syntax and an understanding of database normalization.
• Hands-on experience with Redis and familiarity with the ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana).
• Experience in writing effective unit tests is essential.
• You should be a proactive problem-solver with a tenacious attitude, excellent communication skills (English or Chinese) for both written and speaking, and the ability to articulate technical decisions clearly. Willingness to engage in pair programming is also required.
