Recruitment Consultant

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the delivery of top talent to clients. Your responsibilities will include: (Working onsite at the client's office)

• Participating in recruitment activities according to client requirements.
• Liaising with client representatives to clarify hiring needs, coordinate interview arrangements, and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Managing the end-to-end onsite recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to shortlisting and offer negotiation.
• Researching, exploring, and recommending new sourcing channels to attract both active and passive candidates.
• Coordinating with the account management team during the candidate onboarding process.
• Supporting additional administrative tasks assigned by the team leader and upper management.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• At least 2+ year of working experience in recruitment.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Must-have: Proven hands-on experience and a strong background in recruiting for Sales and Business Development (BD) roles.
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Possess an eager-to-learn attitude, integrity, and gratitude.
• Good experience in Outsourcing Service and mass recruitment processes is preferable.
